1. What this policy covers

Ziggy provides an AI platform that helps app owners coordinate specialist agents, conversations, app context, workflows, and product improvement. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, create a Ziggy account, contact us, or use our services.

When an app owner uses Ziggy to process information about people using their app, that app owner generally determines why and how that information is processed. In that situation, Ziggy processes the information on the app owner's behalf under the applicable agreement and instructions. The app owner's privacy notice also applies. This policy does not replace that notice or any required data processing agreement.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use and the information you or an app owner provides, we process:

Do not include passwords, private keys, or sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless the relevant feature and your agreement expressly support that use.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain Ziggy; authenticate accounts; organize app context and memory; route requests to agents and tools; generate responses and perform configured tasks; provide support; measure usage; troubleshoot problems; detect abuse; maintain security; administer applicable subscriptions; and meet legal obligations.

The graph connects information such as app context, conversations, feedback, and work outcomes so relevant context can inform later work. Ending a session does not necessarily remove its conversation history or durable app memory.

For personal information we control, applicable legal bases may include performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, and consent where required.

4. AI processing, memory, and training

Providing AI features involves sending relevant prompts, context, files, or audio to the model and service providers used for that feature. Different features may use different providers. AI processing can produce inferences, summaries, classifications, and generated content about information supplied to the service.

Using context and feedback to support your app is distinct from training model weights. Ziggy's training-data export pipeline is intended to enable app owners to train their own open-weight models in the future. It is preparation for an owner-directed capability, not a statement that model training is currently available or that Ziggy trains general models on customer content.

If offered, this capability will operate under the app owner's instructions and applicable agreement. Before use, its scope must identify the authorized app data, permissions, export destination, retention, model license, and rights in resulting artifacts. App owners are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for their selected training data.

5. When information is shared

We disclose information to service providers that help us supply authentication, hosting, storage, AI inference, voice processing, support, and other service functions, subject to the applicable arrangements. Depending on the feature and configuration, these providers may include Clerk, Cloudflare, Railway, OpenAI, Google, and ElevenLabs. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to your use of Ziggy.

Information may also be shared with authorized app or organization administrators, collaborators, and destinations you or the app owner connect or instruct Ziggy to use. A tool call or integration may transmit relevant information to that destination under its own terms.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or support a corporate transaction with appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website and Console may use cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Third-party resources, including hosted fonts and authentication services, may receive technical request information. Browser settings can limit storage, but some features may stop working.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the purposes described here, including service delivery, app memory, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the data type, account configuration, contractual instructions, and applicable requirements. Backup and provider retention may differ from active-system retention.

You can contact support@ziggyzaggy.ai about deletion or account closure. We may need to verify your identity and authority. If an app owner controls the information, we may direct your request to that owner or assist them under our agreement. Deleting a session or disconnecting an integration does not by itself establish that all related records, exports, or backups have been deleted.

8. Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system is completely secure, and this policy does not guarantee that incidents cannot occur. Please report suspected security problems to support@ziggyzaggy.ai without including active credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own through our infrastructure and providers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision on a privacy request. Contact support@ziggyzaggy.ai to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

An app owner may need to handle requests concerning its app users. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.

10. Children

Ziggy's owner-facing accounts are intended for adults operating apps. App owners must assess whether their apps involve children and establish the required notices, permissions, contractual protections, and data practices before sending children's information to Ziggy. Contact us if you believe children's information was provided improperly.

11. Changes and contact

We will identify the effective date of the published policy and provide additional notice of material changes where required. New uses of previously collected information may require additional notice or permission. Questions and requests may be sent to support@ziggyzaggy.ai or the business address above.
